Cancellation & Refund Policy
Policy Overview
This policy consolidates the cancellation, refund, return, and event-deadline guidance for TRU Center Wellness, TRU Core Method, and Tru Center Training. If a product, program, private coaching agreement, retreat, workshop, certification, or checkout page includes more specific written terms, those specific terms control for that purchase.
Please review this policy before purchasing a membership, program, product, retreat, workshop, certification, or service.
TRU Core Method Memberships
TRU Core Method membership cancellation is handled by 30-day written notice. To cancel, email alicia@trucenterwellness.com and clearly state that you are giving notice to cancel your membership.
Membership cancellation is not completed by a one-click button alone. The written notice email is the cancellation record.
Membership access remains active for 30 days from the date notice is received. One final billing cycle may apply during that notice window depending on where your billing date falls.

Products and Physical Goods
Due to the nature of the products, TRU Center Training cannot accept returns or exchanges.
If a product arrives damaged, email hello@trucenterwellness.com with your order number and a photo of the damage as soon as possible.
After orders leave the studio, TRU Center Training is not responsible for lost parcels, delivery errors, damaged parcels, incorrect shipping addresses, customs charges, duties, or taxes. Please confirm your shipping information before finalizing an order.
Workshops, Retreats, Certifications, and Events
Workshops, retreats, certifications, and events may have their own registration deadlines, cancellation windows, transfer rules, or non-refundable dates.
Any event-specific written cancellation terms shown on the event page, registration page, invoice, checkout, or signed agreement control for that event.
Where no event-specific cancellation terms are stated, contact TRU Center Wellness before assuming a registration can be cancelled, transferred, credited, or refunded.
Programs, Coaching, and Services
Private coaching packages, programs, products, services, and memberships may require separate agreements or Terms of Use. If a separate written agreement applies, that agreement controls if there is a conflict with this general policy.
TRU Center Training may refuse, suspend, or terminate access to the website, content, programs, products, or services as described in the Terms of Website Use.
Payment Processing
Online payments may be processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. Payment processor terms, timing, and policies may also apply.
If payment fails, TRU Center Training may withhold access to the purchased product, membership, program, or service until payment is properly completed.
