Planning Notes

Let's Design Your Retreat Experience

Share the setting, group size, timing, and what you want people to feel when they leave. Alicia can shape the movement, nourishment, reset practices, and integration around that goal.

Do I need prior experience with Movement Medicine?

Not at all! Retreat programming is designed for all levels and tailored to your body.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, but we encourage intentional unplugging so you can get the full reset and integration benefit.

What should I bring?

Yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable layers, socks, walking shoes, one outfit you feel great moving in, and a bathing suit if splashing pleasure is part of the retreat setting.
